User Instructions:

Refer to the manufacturer's user manual to correctly install and arrange the equipment, properly connect the lines, pour the boiled soap water into the tank, place the wire on the wire rack, then insert the spiral wire equipment (mold), turn on the PLC control panel, press the start button, select manual adjustment, set the desired net width, machine speed, and net length according to your needs. After adjusting, press the automatic key. Note: The initial use of the machine is in the running-in period. The running speed should not be too fast in the first two days. After the mold has run-in, you can increase the speed (after 2-3 days), and then it can be used normally. 

Packaging list:

Winding frame, PLC control console, machine, mold box, cable box. The important parts are wrapped with anti-collision film, while the other parts are wrapped with packaging film.
